Schools always want to have good discipline for students but not all students behave like the school staff would want them to behave. In every school there is good students, somewhat good and bad students. The staff always want the students in their best behavior to have a good reputation of the school. In students depend the reputation of the school with their behavior they can make a change. I think that if there is a reward for having a good behavior than maybe students can start behaving now that they know they will get rewarded for being a good student.
If I was the principal or the dean of Furness I would also want my students to be in their best behavior to have a good reputation of Furness. I would say that if they behave and have a good discipline they can go to very fun trips like amusement parks, museums, and other trips they can come up with. But we will not give out trips for people that only behave for a certain amount of time they have to behave the whole year. They can't have no more than 3 absences or lateness no more than 3 detentions and absolutely no suspensions or pending. I think that this would want to make some students behave and some students won't care but I wouldn't care either because is not my education is theirs.
The plan that Mr. Riccobono requested is okay not that amusing or interesting is an okay plan. I think that if he gets other ideas maybe people would want to really behave. I know that some students don't care of his plan but some really do. I think that he just needs a little more creativity and ideas. I think that his plan is a little too plain he needs more amusing things that would want students to say "Ohh yes I want too accomplish my behavior status to get what Mr. Rick is proposing". I'm not saying that is not a good plan it actually is to get the students behavior together. the only thing that Mr. Rick is trying is so that Furness can have a good reputation.
I actually did like Mr. Rick's plan I think that I will start to come in early and not get detention for a whole month so that I can get my ticket and be a member of the "Orange & Black Pack". I know that the only thing Mr. Rick is trying to do is to change the school reputation and also the students behavior. In our school there is mostly more students that behave bad or somewhat bad not all students are good students. Every student have their own defects because nobody is perfect. So yes Mr.Ricks plan was a good idea for students to have the opportunity to make a change to Furness.
In conclusion, What Mr.Rick proposed for the students in order for them to behave is a good idea so that students can get their actions and responsibilities together. Maybe this plan can work and less students would have bad behaviors. But there is always going to be bad students that's just part of the school in order to be a school. Because schools and everything in this world have their Ups and Downs. I really hope Mr.Ricks plan do work and students start to have a good behavior.
